Loved having beautiful baby Aarush in studio for his newborn session recently after having one of my favorite maternity sessions ever with mom amidst the cherry blossoms in Hamilton Park in the spring. Even though I’ve photographed quite a few belly-to-baby sessions (and I swear I had a life before my own kids) it’s still always hard to believe life ever existed before these little guys arrive into the world.

We have a little newborn addition to the family – Moxie!! Okay yes she’s a puppy (Cavalier King Charles) and she’s actually my brother & sis-in-law’s, but so excited that we get to watch her every so often and have a little baby in the house again. Especially when we can steal her away for mini little photo shoots like this one. And for the record, she does look like a perfect sweet little stuffed animal in real life too!

This photograph of Akshay & Asha has to be one of my favorite images of all time. At 7-months, they were just barely steady enough to sit up on their own – all the more reason to lean on each other. Cuteness overload! <3 <3
Asha was so tuckered out by the end of the shoot, he literally could not keep his eyes open…which made for the cutest pic. 🙂
