Little did we know that just four days after this gorgeous day on the Hudson River boardwalk by the Colgate Clock, Mom and Dad would be welcoming baby Aavir into the world!

I’m so honored to have captured their before-and-after journey—from pregnancy to a family of three—all within the span of a few weeks. Made even sweeter with Grandma and Grandpa in town, it’s a beautiful reminder of how quickly life can change.

After nine years, this family feels like part of my own. Each session is like a little reunion—a chance to reconnect, catch up, and see how life has changed since the last time we were together. This session felt like a reminder to slow down and savor these moments for the kids I photograph. They grow up so fast. It felt like just yesterday, Samantha’s entire family of five had just been in for family portraits and now here she was with her very own photo shoot to commemorate her confirmation. Love mom for celebrating the whole family with her three kids and then turning around and making this milestone for Samantha so special. Wishing this beautiful young lady joy and confidence as she grows into this next chapter.
