I loved welcoming sweet Louis-Henri to the studio just days before his family moved to Jersey City from NYC. I remember the day we moved from the Upper Westside to Van Vorst Park and thinking three things. One, I can’t believe we have more than one bedroom. Two, I can hear birds outside my window instead of the 86th & Broadway subway announcements. And three, how soon can we get back to NYC?? 😂 Now, we’ve raised two boys here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We still find ourselves awestruck by all that is going on here and all that we have yet to discover. And grateful we now get to explore NYC with our big kids with a hop across the Hudson.
Mostly, I’m so impressed mom & dad managed to schedule Louis-Henri’s photo shoot in the midst of their move. I hope these photos remind Louis-Henri of how loved he was in this transitional moment. ♥️
