I’ve done it. I have taken a whole year off the blog and am finally back. I know I’ve mentioned this in an earlier post, but I’m fully obsessed with age 4, so seeing as how my little guy turned 4 last year, all kinds of excessive smothering mothering time was in order. Sorry blog (and treadmill), I still love you.
Okay, knock on wood, but I am feeling like the luckiest gal with all these gorgeous newborns bringing their dogs with them to their session. I guess it’s true, Jersey City loves dogs and babies. Here is Samuel at 7 days old and his beagle Penny. Too cute!! Welcome to the world Samuel!
There is something so amazing about this little window of time when a baby is coming out of the newborn phase and starting to notice the world around them. Gia (love this name!) came in a 6-weeks old and was just so beautiful and wide-eyed at every movement and sound. I can’t get enough of her baby rolls!
I feel so lucky when I a super beautiful baby comes to the studio WITH their dog in tow. This was the case with newborn Sabrina, whose dog Patches was so adorably protective over her that he was on high alert for anything remotely suspicious – but of course perfectly sweet and perfect around his new sister. Why are dogs the best ever? Sigh.
