Charlotte is a year old!  Another one of “my” babies from our big 2012 holiday baby shoot. 🙂  Our friends Crystal & Chris not only make super cute babies, they know how to throw a perfect baby birthday party — it was my first Dol!   Dol or doljanchi is a Korean tradition that celebrates the first birthday of a baby and blesses the child with a prosperous future.  The birthday baby wears a hanbok and a traditional hat and is placed in front of a selection of of objects such as string, brushes, ink and money and whichever one the baby selects will foretell the his or her future.  So, may I introduce to you… future artist Charlotte!!
