Loved having beautiful baby Aarush in studio for his newborn session recently after having one of my favorite maternity sessions ever with mom amidst the cherry blossoms in Hamilton Park in the spring. Even though I’ve photographed quite a few belly-to-baby sessions (and I swear I had a life before my own kids) it’s still always hard to believe life ever existed before these little guys arrive into the world.
Gorgeous Kenna being comforted by mom. (Love mom’s ring!)
Something tells me she’ll be a daddy’s girl 🙂
She woke up for just long enough to stick her tongue out at me!
The look of love. <3
Honoring Kenna’s grandfather, who was a firefighter, with this super adorable knit firefighters outfit, complete with hat and suspenders! I have to say some newborns are not big fans of wardrobe changes, but Kenna loved being in this. It calmed her as she started right into the lens. Love!
It’s hard to believe summer break is over! I always get a little sad that summer is over, but I’m not kidding, I start getting excited for the holidays as soon as September hits. Our little linebacker is going to be 3 years old so it only gets more fun from here!
Anyway, kicking off the ‘new’ year with a post on adorable baby Powers and his big sis MacKenzie. Even though MacKenzie is only 16 months older than her new baby brother, she was so sweet and gentle with him. I love Powers’ little baby rolls. Heart. Melting.
